On 9/13, David decided that enough was enough and he started to finally let go of what he was holding on to to stand unassisted! He has met every single motor milestone before Claire (and usually before Lucas, too!) - rolling, combat crawling, real crawling, pulling-up, cruising. But, it seems that he's not as confident to let go of what he is cruising along. Then, 3 days later, just yesterday on 9/16, he was walking along and holding on to a chair in our kitchen, and I look over to witness him let go and take 3 steps into the middle of the room without holding on! Yay for David! He was so darn proud of himself when I started cheering!
Watch out world...the Pipal twins are going to be walkers very, very soon!
