Lucas is 5 months old!

This has been one of the most fun months yet! Here is what Lucas has been up to:
- We took Lucas' first trip to Rochester over Memorial Day.

- Lucas and I took a trip to Northern Virginia where we visited with lots of my girlfriends and their little ones. Lucas got to meet new friends: Dean, Ethan, Natalie, TJ, and Gus. And I got to visit with wonderful, old friends -  Rachel (who was an outstanding host!), Alex, Olivia, Tracey (thanks for the amazing lunch!), Jenn, and Colleen!

- Lucas smiled for the first time at Darby, rolled from his belly to his back (though, as of this post, we have only seen him do it one other time), found his tongue, began wearing Size 3 diapers, and began sitting unassisted (though, wobbly).

- Lucas still continues to be exclusively breastfed and is back to sleeping through the night again now that the novelty of rolling over has worn off - though, he loves to sleep on his side and belly now.

- Lucas LOVES to scream, belly laugh, be ticked under his armpits, and grab at his feet and toes.

 

Lucas goes to Minnesota!

Lucas visited lots of family members in Minnesota including 2 more great-grandmas. Lucas went on his first plane ride (and was an angel!), attended his first wedding ceremony (again, angel!), and was baby sat for the first time by a non-relative (though, close family friend!) while Mom and Dad attended the wedding reception. We celebrated Eric's first Father's Day that weekend, also!
