Waving & Pulling-Up - all in one day!

Our new lifestyle with me back to work leaves little time for blogging as much of our free-time is spent with our little man! Hopefully, this weekend, we will have a chance to post an update and some pictures, but in the meantime, we are dropping off two videos from earlier this week. On Thursday, Lucas surprised us with not one, but two, new developments! He waved at Darby and at Daddy, and he pulled up to his musical table! The waving is still sporadic (though he unmistakably did it again yesterday when he saw Darby after school), but that is definitely what he is attempting - you can see in the video that he is looking right at my hand and trying to mimic the motion. This is a hard one to get on video. As for pulling up - his teachers at school said that he started to do it there this week, so I made sure to have the video camera out when we got home. And sure enough... We love how proud his is of himself :)

What a curious little monkey we have on our hands - he is so interested in exploring the world around him! He is at such a fun age, and we are so in awe at all of the new things he is learning each day!
