Evan Comes Home from the Hospital

We were discharged from the hospital on Monday, October 27. It was an amazingly warm fall day and the leaves on the trees in our front yard were much more vibrant than they were when we left for the hospital. We were welcomed by an excited crew of little people with signs! What a lucky little boy!
